Private Lessons: What days/times can I book and does my package expire?

Dancers can book private lessons around their schedule. Availability is open daily from 4:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time. Season packages are valid until May 31, 2026, providing consistent support throughout the entire season.

Private Lessons: How does scheduling work? What is the cancellation/rescheduling policy for lessons?

After purchase, you’ll be redirected to a Calendly calendar to select the most convenient time for your lesson in your time zone. This scheduling system helps offer available time slots to other dancers as well. You’ll receive an automatic confirmation email with your Zoom link, and a reminder email 24 hours before your lesson so you can make any adjustments if necessary.

Lessons can be rescheduled through your confirmation email. Please note that cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson are subject to full payment.

Private Lessons: What will my dancer work on during lessons? Do they need special equipment or space?

Lessons are tailored to the dancer’s goals. At the start of each session, we discuss what they’d like to focus on, whether it’s specific skills or tricks (e.g., classical pirouettes) or solo cleaning and structure the lesson accordingly.

Dancers should be warmed up beforehand to get the most from the session. While no special space is required, those working on jumps or leaps should have enough room to move safely. Equipment isn’t necessary, though common items include a free-standing barre (or chair/wall), yoga blocks (or books), and optionally a tennis ball or resistance bands.

Coaching Club: How is it different from private lessons or studio classes?

What makes the Coaching Club truly stand out is that it’s like getting the best parts of a private lesson, a convention, and a competition critique all rolled into one. You receive direct, judge-level feedback just like a private, but at a fraction of the cost. You get the variety and inspiration of new material every second week, like a convention. And you gain the inside perspective of what judges are really looking for, like a competition critique. There’s nothing else quite like it, and it’s one of the most affordable ways for dancers to consistently get expert-level training and corrections that drive real results on stage.

Coaching Club: Is it live? How do submissions work? Is there a privacy option?

The Coaching Club is not live, which means dancers can train completely on their own schedule without worrying about set class times. Combos and learning videos are released through our platform (accessible by app or desktop), critiques are sent through direct message. When dancers are ready, they simply record a quick video on their phone and upload it directly into the app, the whole process should take under 5 minutes.

All submissions stay inside our closed group, and for dancers who prefer more privacy, there is also the option to send videos privately via direct message.

Coaching Club: What if we have more than 1 solo or duet/trio to submit?

That's the beauty of the Coaching Club you can submit any routine you're working on! Each dancer can submit up to two competitive routine videos per month, whether that's two different solos or the same routine for ongoing feedback. There's no extra cost for having multiple routines, which makes it perfect for dancers with busy competition schedules.
